- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Never in my life have a written a review, but after the poor treatment I received at St faiths I felt compelled to share my experience. I went in today for an extraction under sedation (Im extremely phobic after a very bad experience) and came round to the anesthetist literally shouting at me because I had failed to inform them I smoked. She was extremely aggressive and rude, and made very personnel comments that really upset me. I felt very attacked and due to coming round from sedation, unable to defend myself . I understand the importance of being upfront with dentists and in fairness I should have read through the questionnaire more thoroughly, but to attack a patient whilst they are coming out of sedation (and so feeling very vulnerable and confused) was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I left the practice feeling extremely traumatised and upset. Please take my advice and go for another practice if your getting sedated nobody should have to go through what I was subjected to at St faiths.By Admin, February 15, 2018
