- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I spent over £1000 in one month with them. They kept me waiting for two weeks for a delivery that normally takes a few days, then supplied less than I had ordered and paid for, they subsequently made me wait another week for the remaining tiles. I didnt complain. I needed one more box, just six tiles to finish a job, I ordered and paid for the tiles and asked them if they could deliver in two days, they said that their supplier wanted £31 carriage, I told them that having spent £1000 in the past month they might like to pay the carriage, no they wouldnt, they said they were running a business and if they pad the carriage it would be like giving me £31. I told them that I wouldnt be doing business with them in the future. Running a good business means keeping and getting more customers, for the sake of £31 they have lost my custom.
