  Of course I love M&S food and buy other items, too. However, the thing that niggles time and time again is the slow way the management responds to change: be it the temperature which in Brighton can be warm, cold, hot, on any successive day. The amount of energy thats wasted here is phenomenal, the poor staff on the top floor (lingerie and cafe) constantly complain of being too hot...many a time did i have to walk out because i was s w e a t i n g ! Now a SPARKS card has been introduced. An inept help desk was placed near the entrance and as the M&S website had crashed, there were long queues. No seats provided for elderly and middle aged customers. I demanded to see the manager who was hiding somewhere, instead one chair was produced for me, the rest had to continue standing. Man people like me with sticks and crutches. Shameful!
