I am absolutely furious!! For the last 3 weeks I have been trying desperately to get an appointment at the genius bar. Apparently at apple humans do not exist!!! all you get is a god damn computer !!! Ive tried diagnostics on my faulty phone. I have tried the website but it refuses to accept the code. I have tried phoning. I know humans work there because I have seen them in there. Why cant I just talk to someone over the telephone and arrange an appointment? I know if I come down there all the appointments will be gone!! Terribly impersonable and very frustrating, once my phone is up for renewal I will not go for another apple product.
