  I had a session with Alison Mason, at her home in Saltdean. Initially I felt alright, she welcomed me in, and we sat to start the session. She talked a lot, and then said would I be willing, to do a brief meditation. I though ok. It felt a bit off beam, considering I was just there for the colonic. She then said she was willing to talk about anything emotional, any feeling was welcome there, I thought, I just want the colonic! During the colonic she disclosed deeply personal information to me about her childhood, it felt unboundaried, and I was very uncomfortable. Due to the uncomfortable conditions, I found it hard to relax, and she told me I was not releasing poo, because I was hiding my vitality and beauty (in my shy colon) due to childhood issues. She tried to get knowledge of my childhood, which felt irrelevant to what I had asked for. I hadnt eaten much due to not being physically well, and this was probably why there was less matter during the colonic. The session was intrusive and emotionally uncomfortable. I will not be returning to her, and I strongly suggest you do not attend an appointment with her.
